Caroline Pace

Caroline’s career spans over 25 years starting out as a general office clerk with a financial institution and continued to develop her roles by working in insurance in the personal lines section with England Insurance Agency Ltd. She then continued her journey by working in human resources where she handled and coordinated key human resources tasks and projects. 

She decided to join Timberland Invest Limited in January 2023, and pursue her career as an Insurance and Operations Executive within the Company.
