Timberland Securities Investment plc (the “Company”) has appointed the following entities as Distribution Agents in terms of distribution agency agreement entered into with the respective parties.
Timberland Invest Ltd is a private limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of Malta and is authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority with a Category 1A investment services license. The registered office is at CF Business Centre, Gort Street, St Julians STJ 9023 registered under the Maltese registry of companies under number C60291. Timberland Invest Ltd has entered into a Distribution Agency Agreement with Timberland Securities Investment plc in terms of which Timberland Invest Ltd undertakes the offering and distribution of the Notes issued by Timberland Securities Investment plc in Public Offer Jurisdictions, namely Malta.
Timberland Invest Ltd has appointed Mr. Thomas Kraemer, Mr. Dirk Koester and Mr. Anthony Paris as members of the Board of Directors.
Timberland Capital Management GmbH is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Germany and is a licensed Financial Services Provider in Germany under BAFIN. Its head office is in Huettenallee 137, D-47800 Krefeld, Germany and is registered with the Duisburg registry of companies under number HRB 7204. Timberland Capital Management GmbH has entered into a Distribution Agency Agreement in terms of which, Timberland Capital Management GmbH may undertake the offering and distribution of the Notes issued by Timberland Securities Investment plc in the Public Offer Jurisdictions.
Timberland Capital Management GmbH has appointed Mr. Thomas Kraemer as director.
