The Vienna Multi-Lateral Trading Facility (MTF) is operated by Wiener Börse AG.

Wiener Börse also known as the Vienna Stock Exchange is the only stock exchange in Austria which provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, market data and information. It is based on four cornerstones: securities trading and listing, market data, index calculation and IT services. It also offers Austrian listed companies and issuers of financial products, maximum international visibility and the highest liquidity. The Vienna Stock Exchange operates the central market datafeed for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
